4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Aloowat operates independently and is not owned by WhatsApp or Meta.

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper user consent before messaging
  • Managing opt-ins and opt-outs
  • Following WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
  • Following Meta Commerce and Platform Policies

Failure to comply may lead to number restrictions or account suspension by Meta.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Providing accurate and updated information

Aloowat reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of abuse or unauthorized activity.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed based on the selected plan.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Aloowat may modify pricing with prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Aloowat is not responsible for:

  • Meta or WhatsApp outages
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Delays caused by internet providers or external systems

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property
